Thank you for your interest in submitting to Tuesday! Below are our policies regarding submissions; by submitting a piece to us, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

By submitting a piece, you warrant that you are the author and sole owner of the copyright for that piece, or have the right to act on behalf of the author. If the piece contains materials of others, you must have obtained the permission of the owners of that material; please make a note of this in the comment box when submitting, and be prepared to give us copies of the permissions. If the piece represents information as factual, by submitting the piece you warrant that the information is true and accurate. You also warrant that nothing in the piece is libelous, violates any rights of privacy or infringes any intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark) or any other human, personal or other rights of any person or entity or is otherwise unlawful.

You retain the copyright for your piece; you may publish it in another book or magazine, post it on your website, or submit as work to a class with the professor's permission. We ask, however, that you do not give it to another Harvard student publication; if it has been published in, or is simultaneously being submitted to another such publication, please make a note of this in the comment box when submitting. By submitting the piece you grant to Tuesday Magazine for the full term of copyright and any extensions thereto, the license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display and store the piece, and any works derived or revised from the piece, in all forms, formats and media whether now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation in print, digital and electronic form) throughout the world.
