Process
We accept submissions of writing and artwork on a rolling basis throughout the year. Submissions are discussed anonymously by our staff; we then contact the author or artist and let them know if we are interested in publishing their piece. For text pieces that need revision—that is, most of our text submissions—we assign an editor to work with the author one-on-one. Once the staff is satisfied with the piece, we put it in our library for publication. We publish the magazine quarterly, and we try to publish each submission that we accept in the next issue, although space constraints sometimes force us to save the piece for later.
We accept new staff members to the editorial, art, and design boards, and to the business program, at the beginning of every semester. We also sometimes take applications mid-semester or over the summer; watch this website and campus bulletin boards for application periods.
